Featured Projects
VA ALS Care Coordination Video Campaign
Produced documentary-style videos and corresponding communication materials to highlight VA’s coordinated care for veterans with ALS. Told the story of a veteran with ALS and his caregiver to humanize the experience, build public awareness, and demonstrate program impact to Congress. The videos helped support continued funding for life-extending, quality-of-life-improving care. Winner of Platinum Viddy Award (2024), Gold MarCom Award (2024), and Silver Telly Award (2024).
ARC 101 Onboarding Video & “Explain Like I’m Five” Training series
Produced an internal video from start to finish to demystify ARC’s complex data and technology products for new hires. Translated technical concepts into accessible, engaging language to support employee onboarding and reduce learning curves. The video helped new team members quickly understand the value and impact of ARC’s tools, strengthening cross-functional collaboration from day one. It also complemented a broader onboarding redesign and internal education program, with an “Explain Like I’m Five” training series about ARC’s core business that exceeded attendance goals by 40%.
Veteran Suicide Prevention Training Campaign
Led strategic communications for VA’s suicide prevention efforts encouraging training among non-VA health care providers. Created messaging and outreach materials to raise awareness about the importance of lethal means safety and encourage training participation. The campaign drove a 116% increase in training participation, expanding the safety net for at-risk veterans. Winner of Gold MarCom Award (2023).
